The detailed description of the manufacturing process flow chart:
* Stainless steel (17-4 PH) with mechanical and physical properties verified by STM F136 is used.
* Cut the raw materials to the required size and shape.
*After the initial processing by the cutting machine, the machining center (machine tool) or lathe is used for precision processing; the processing size must reach the allowable error range. Next, tap holes are processed by a tapping machine, and then grinding is performed by a grinder. This process belongs to the main control items and control points.
*The processed material is shaped as a product, but polished to improve the surface roughness.
*Surface polishing after polishing to soften the surface.
* After surface grinding, post-processing, laser marking is completed and final inspection is performed.
*After the final inspection is completed, it is washed with ultrasonic waves, the finished product is inspected, the packaging is finished, and the label is stored in the warehouse. This process is a critical and special process.

2.1 One-step drilling and step-drilling
One-step drilling: The spindle descends to complete the processing of one hole at a time. One-step drilling is the most commonly used drilling method, with simple production operation, fast drilling speed and high efficiency.
Step drilling: The spindle can be machined several times to complete the same hole, which is suitable for small holes in multi-layer boards. This method can improve defects such as eccentric holes and broken drill bits.
2.2 Making large holes
Conventional large holes (Φ4.05-6.7mm) must be drilled by reaming. That is, 4 small holes Φd are pre-drilled first, and then expanded with a forming drill ΦD.
